Hello TCA Members –
I hope everyone is doing well! Our winter membership meeting will be February 28, 2019 at 6:30pm. It will be at the Tucker First UMC-Wesley Center, 2397 Fourth Street. Walter Hotz, Property Tax Consultant, will be our speaker. If you want to save money on your property tax bill you need to be present to hear Walter. At this meeting we will have a special presentation for the city and we will honor our Member of the Year. Dinner will be catered by Los Hermanos, and our annual elections will be held after dinner. The candidates for office are as follows:

Vice President: Frank Luton District 2: Josh Wallace
Secretary: Mary Still District 3: Guy Van Ort
Treasurer: Malisa Anderson-Strait District 4: Mimi Sanders

The World Health Organization (WHO) Certification making Tucker an Age Friendly community for all ages which allows TCA to apply for grant money to help our city

Different types of symposiums from Investments to Saving Money on Property taxes
These events and many more can not happen without MEMBERSHIP. We have to increase our membership to make these events and programs a success not only from a financial standpoint but also in building the volunteer pool. If you are a current member please remember to renew your membership by the end of February. If you have been a member but did not renew last year or in years past, please come back to TCA. We need you and we want you to be part of the Best Civic Association in DeKalb! When you join, please consider asking a friend or neighbor to join with you.
