ICYMI: TUESDAY NIGHT'S TCA FALL MEETING AND STATE OFFICES CANDIDATE FORUM! Congratulations to Lois Shingler, CEO and founder of Peter and Paul's Place and bearer of the monthly "good news in Tucker" at City council meetings, on being selected TCA's 2026 Member of the Year! Gratitude to our elected Representatives Imani Barnes, Viola Davis, and Billy Mitchell along with candidate William Freeman; Senators Sally Harrell, Kim Jackson, and Randal Mangham along with candidate Jeff Newlin for participating in our candidate forum. And many thanks to the citizens of Tucker who turned out for the event! Scenes from last evening: Matt Robbins making the presentation to Lois Shingler, the House candidates portion of the forum, followed by the Senate candidates.(A video of last night's meeting will be posted shortly.) Reminder that early voting continues through October 30, including Saturday and Sunday this coming weekend. ...
