Leslie Richardson
President
Leslie has been a Tucker resident for 24 years and served on the Tucker Civic Association Board of Directors for two years as the PR and Communications Chair. Previously in PR and communications, Leslie is now working as Project Manager for EM Squared, Inc. Custom Software as well as doing freelance technical writing for web development and content management. Leslie is a certified teacher of Seated Tai Chi and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, and is a member of the Drepung Loseling Monastery.
Tom Lawrence
Past President
Tom is an attorney who works with small businesses and estate planning. He has lived in Tucker since 1971, having had the privilege of representing this area as a state representative from 1983 to 1996. Tom’s public service eventually earned him the position of Republican Whip. He has been a member of TCA since 2004 and is very active in his church community. He looks forward to helping TCA grow as a force for good for the community.
Ron Wilkinson
Vice President
As a homeowner on Locksley Court, Ron has a vested interest in the work of this association and considers it a privilege to serve. He first filled the position of District 4 Representative where he really enjoyed all aspects of the neighborhood Give an Hours and pitched in wherever he could. This February Ron was elected vice president for his second term.
Evelyn Burkett
Secretary
A resident of Tucker for 15 years and a member with her husband of TCA for the past few years, Evelyn served last year as District 4 Representative. She works in computer support for Emory Health Care. Married and with two children at home, Evelyn also functions in many capacities at First United Methodist including co-chair for both communications and blood-drives.
Dick Livingston
Treasurer
Dick is a 40-year resident of Tucker/Smoke Rise and previously served TCA as District 3 Representative. He is a real estate lawyer specializing in residential and commercial financing. He is a long-time volunteer with the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and Atlanta Area Boy Scouts, as well as an original board member of the Stone Mountain ART Station.
