District Representative must live within the district that they represent. They seek out concerns of members in their districts and present those concerns to the Board. They are responsible for promoting the purposes and objectives of the TCA, and work closely with the Membership and Community Building Committee to recruit and retain active association members. They are encouraged to participate in any and all TCA projects, especially those involving their own districts.
Randy Shepley
District 3 Representative
Randy Shepley, senior pastor at First Baptist Church of Tucker, grew up in DeKalb County and graduated from Clarkston High School. A TCA member for the past year, he has served on the Candler Theology School Alumni Board and as clerk of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Georgia. He is also co-vice president of the NETworks cooperative ministry, a group of 17 churches in the Tucker/Northlake area that is committed to helping those in need.
