Proactive Planning, Land Use and Zoning (PPLUZ)
I have had a business in Tucker since 2011. I attended some meetings of the PPLUZ Committee in 2005 and agreed to become the chair in 2007. I am pleased to be the chair once again in 2010.
I am a property appraiser by trade, so I understand the intricacies of planning and land use laws. I appreciate TCA as an organization that emphasizes truth and accuracy, rather than automatically opposing and application.
Development applications can split property owners between those who support the proposal and those who oppose it. TCA’s job is to provide honest and accurate information, In some cases, the TCA Board of Directors will vote to support or oppose specific applications. I’m pleased that we’re dedicated to doing what’s right for the community.
