Membership in the Association is open to adult individuals and property owners, households, organizations, and businesses residing or located within the Tucker Community.

WHAT can I join?

You can join the dedicated members of TCA in the design and development of our community.  There are several standing committees in TCA, all of which can use your help. You can join any or all of these groups.

            Membership – responsible for recruiting new members and the retention of current  
            members.  They also assist the Community Building Committee in their events.

            Public Relations & Communications – responsible for communicating information
            about issues affecting the Tucker Community through newsletters, press releases, 

            and the website.

            Zoning, Planning, and Land Use – responsible for monitoring DeKalb County land
            use, zoning, development, and related issues; informing the TCA membership and
            affected neighborhoods about these issues; and recommending policies and positions
            regarding these issues.

Also, every February, TCA has a general membership meeting to elect new board members and district representatives.  The dues can be paid at the meeting.  In order to vote, dues must be paid in full.

If you are unable to attend our Membership Meeting, you may find our application below or at many sites around Tucker. Have a look around the Library and other local business for the TCA flyers. We hope to see you at a meeting soon!

WHEN can I join?

Anytime! Simply fill out the application at the bottom of the page and mail it in to us. We will contact you and send out the next available newsletter to you. TCA memberships run from the date that TCA recieves your check until the end of the same month in the following year. For example, if you join anytime in March, your memberhip will expire next year at the end of March.

WHY should I join?

If you are interested in the future design, preservation, economy, problems and needs of our Tucker community, you belong in TCA!

HOW can I join?

Membership dues for individuals, households, organizations, and businesses are $35 annually.  (One vote for each $35 paid.)  If you have any questions, please call the TCA hotline for more information @ 770-270-1620.
